I have recently become a Premier Member and noticed that your confirmation email was sent to all the email addresses listed in My User Information section. I have set up several forms on my site, which is used for quoting prices, which I get a copy and my supplier gets a copy. I do not want my suppliers to get copies of emails you send to me regarding my account at MyContactForm. The initial Confirmation code is fine, but other information emailed makes us look unprofessional.
Your assistance would be appreciated. |

I'm sorry, but the Premium Membership upgrade script automatically sends out the message to all e-mails associated with the account. It is not possible for us to change this.
Thank you,
Nick Ladd

Thanks for the reply.
Will I receive any other emails from you that get broadcast to all my list of email addresses?

Typically, the only e-mails that get sent out are the ones when your account status changes (upgrade/expirations). We do however from time to time (maybe once or twice a year) send out updates when new features are added to the service.
Thanks,
Nick Ladd

Hi, I am a webdesigner working for an advertizing company and have been using your great website for a while. I noticed that my problem has been posted before but for almost a year now and I was wondering if there was any solution to that since then.
I have opened a premium account for our company and have been using it to create forms on all of our clients websites. But it seems that all the email addresses used in the send-to section of all the forms have access to our main user info and are receiving all the administration email including the "change password" emails.
I was wondering if now you can provide some kind of service for that. Thank you so much- Sandy |

This is something that we are going to do for the next update. We just completed a large update a few months ago, so the next big update isn't slated for probably at least 6 months.
Sincerely,
Nick Ladd
