I get this message when I try to submit the form:

The form has been working for a year without any problems, and now it's not. I regenerated the code as someone suggested, but that didn't fix the problem. Meanwhile we aren't getting any of our applications. |

I fixed this by adding a colon after the http://www.a-r-f.org. I'm not sure why that worked or why it happened in the first place. Just in case it happens to someone else.
