I am a private investigator. I have been look for a good service request form that did not cost an arm and a leg. This program is great.
I created a service request form. I want to make sure that when a customer fills out my request form for services and submits it to me, that when I receive the information in my outlook express, it will be secure and the same for the customer. I am sure they will get a copy in their email program. I do not need prying eyes looking at this sensitive information.
Is there a way to make this secure?

Unfortunately, there is really no way to 100% securely send e-mail. The way that e-mails work is that they are sent unencrypted in plain text. While you can ensure that the communication between the submitter's web browser and our server is secure via SSL encryption (we offer this), once our server e-mails the message to you, it will not be encrypted.
While it is extremely unlikely that someone could intercept the message being sent from our e-mail server to your's, there is no way to guarentee it's security.
Sincerely,
Nick Ladd
