On form: "AN Referral Request"
I click on the EDIT button for the question "I Have Accessed My Credit Reports and FICOs in:" but it displays the question "I Need to be Referred to:"

I went into my form to edit some questions from a drop down to multi-answer check box and I get this error: "Couldn't Execute Query 2".
Also:
My dropdown lists appear for the wrong question or ... |
