Hi, my team is asking if we can get the email results in a format where the titles of the questions are not there. Example:

What we get now:
First Name: Jane
Last Name: Johnson
Address: 165 Harr ...

I want my users to be able to upload a photo within the form, and have that be sent to me. Can I do that? Thanks.
