I've received email complaints about this and have noticed it myself two days this week (including today).

The image verification shows most of the time as a blank image. This is a recent happening ...

Everything has been fine, but I/we just noticed today that the verification image isn't working at all. It just shows a broken image. This is VERY bad for us.

What do we do? Please help.

There is no image being displayed on my form. Instead there's text that says, "Image Verification Disabled."

Actually, MyContactForm.com does have image verification now. And it's very helpful.

Just got an answer emailed to me from MyContactForm.com saying that the email address is always required on all forms. So if any one is wondering, that is the answer.

Cool. I didn't know that could be done. Glad to know that and I will likely do that with a project in the near future.
