| Thanks Nick, I did contact the server and foound out that I was publishing to the old web site on an old server. I changed the IP address and it published correctly. Thanks again Mr. Genius.

| Just a thought, did you click on "Form Management" on the right side? That will take you to the forms page where you can select the right form. Just a thought. | |
