I understand the booth fee is $75 per 10ft x 10ft space. The booth space will have other booth spaces starting approximately 2 feet away on either side. If I need addiitional space, I understand that it is recommended that I purchase a second booth space

I understand tables and chairs will NOT be provided. You may bring your own pop-up 10x10 tent.

I understand that Set-up times: Friday, October 9, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 10, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Booths must be open by 9:00 a.m. You may drive up to your booth as space allows, but your vehicle must be out of the festival area by 8:30 a.m. The Saxon Lutheran Memorial is not responsible for any items set up on Friday.

I understand that Exhibitors agree to stay open the full day (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) of the Fall Festival

I understand that Items for sale MUST BE FAMILY ORIENTED AND HAND CRAFTED or food items (all food items must comply with health department standards).

I understand exhibitors are responsible for clean-up of their own areas.

I understand No refunds for booth cancellations will be honored unless festival is canceled.
I understand Exhibitors or their designee(s) are solely responsible for lost goods due to any cause, including but not limited to simple loss; damage by water, fire, or act of God; theft; terrorism; or vandalism.
I understand Exhibitors or their designee(s) will hold Saxon Lutheran Memorial, Inc., harmless of any damages for injury sustained to their employees or any member of the general public during the Fall Festival. You should have coverage for your own liability insurance.
I understand Officers and/or directors of Saxon Lutheran Memorial, Inc., reserve the right to refuse space to any individual, group or organization. If action by an exhibitor requires cancellation of space during the Fall Festival, the exhibitor will be required to remove everything immediately upon notification and to vacate the area. Return of the rental fee will be determined by Saxon Lutheran Memorial, Inc. Exhibitors are responsible for paying their own sales taxes. Exhibitors without business licenses will be responsible for submitting the appropriate sales taxes to the State of Missouri. Exhibitors with their own licenses will forward their sales tax payment directly to the state of their residence.
I understand that this event is hosted by Saxon Lutheran Memorial, a Christian ministry. I agree that my merchandise, displays, signage, communication, and conduct will be appropriate for a family-friendly Christian environment. I understand that event organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any items or displays, or to address conduct or communication, deemed inconsistent with the mission and values of Saxon Lutheran Memorial.

Please include a more detailed list of your merchandise as we are experiencing duplication, especially in baked goods. We encourage you to focus on crafts rather than baked or canned goods. NO APPLE BUTTER, BREADS, COFFEE CAKE, CINNAMON ROLL, PIES, OR BLATTSKUCHEN. (If you have primarily baked goods, you must become a food vendor.)

I understand that vendor booth locations will generally be in the same area as they were in 2025. Changes are being considered to improve that area and find flatter areas. If after being assigned my space, I can request a different space, however, available space may be limited, and placement is subject to availability and event needs. Vendors will not be permitted on the yard surrounding the white farmhouse and cabin. Vendors may only be located in approved areas
