Please instruct seller on “things to be done” BEFORE photographer arrives! All lights on including lamps, accent lights, under microwave, etc. Window shades (especially vertical blinds) should be in up position, especially where there is a view.  Toilet seats down, garbage cans and cars out of driveway or in front of home. Everything off of floors. De-clutter BEFORE photographer arrives. Photographer WILL shoot home in whatever condition home is in at the agreed time of shoot. This is agent/owner responsibility. PLEASE NOTE: Any delay of 5 minutes or more, caused by unprepared seller at time of photo shoot (moving things around, cleaning, de-cluttering, etc) will be pro-rated and charged at a $60 per hour rate starting after the first five minutes !!!!  Home must be ready to go the minute photographer arrives. Payment for photos must occur before photos are sent to purchaser. Inability of photographer to gain access to home or to complete the photo shoot through no fault of photographer on any of the agreed times, and where photographer must leave or wait; shall cause added charge to you of up to $100.00 All photos are for the limited use of the real estate broker to be used in NWMLS listings and associated marketing materials including listing presentations. Photos remain the property of HighRezHomes.com. Any use of photos other than for the sole purpose of marketing an active NWMLS listing by the broker originally contracting with HighRezHomes.com is strictly prohibited.
