I've pulled the html into FrontPage and designed the form the way I wanted it. Then I needed to make a few changes to the form information itself. Now in order to implement the changes... I'll lose the design when I pull in the new HTML. Is there any way around this?

Depending on the amount of changes you have made, there is most likely no way around repasting the code and then editting it in Frontpage.
