I would like to create an exam form. There are small jpg images which are a part of five or six questions. Is it possible to use images? After browsing "How To," it would appear that I can upload HTML, but that option does not appear next to my form when I open Form Management. What do I have to do to be able to upload HTML?

This is possible, but would need to be something to be done outside of our interface within an external HTML editor.

Sincerely,

How do I access the HTML code so that I can add the images?

You need to copy and paste the code we provide to your webpage located on your local computer. The HTML for your form can be found under the [get HTML] portion of the 'Form Management' panel. Once you paste it to your local HTML file, you can edit the HMTL in an editor (such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.)

Sincerely,
