Hi,

We will be upgrading to the premium package as soon as we launch our product. The problem is that you require an email address on the order form we created. Our end users (customers) often don't have Internet access or email addresses. Can this be changed to "optional" on the premium packages?

Thanks

I'm sorry, but the email field is required on all forms.

Sincerely,

I do not see why the "Email Field" must be mandatory?*&!

We should be able to disable it. If a user does not have an email address, what is he/she supposed to do?

I know that most people do have email addresses, but we should still have the option. I know you want to be able to able to mention where the submission came from, but couldn't you just have it default to the website url if the field is empty?

The email address field is required in order to prevent spam. There is a work around to remove it which we do not recommend or support. You can read more here:

Thank you for the quick reply Nick, and the code.

I understand the inportance, and figured that if I was using Captcha that I might be safe from spam. I do appreciate your help.
