I have tested my form a number of times, even built a new form, but they are not being forwarded to my email address, and no autoresponse is coming through either.

I have double checked everything, my email account has no spam controls.

The messages are reaching the message centre, can you please assist?

http://www.amyprendergast.com/amy/custompaintings.html

these are setup to send auto responses and they do not.

Thank you,

Greetings,

Both of your issues are most likely being caused be over zealous spam filters incorrectly filtering out your messages. For more information, please read the following FAQ:

Nick

As far as the email address for forms to be directed their are no spam filters in place.

I sent three test submissions through to the form at:

http://www.amyprendergast.com/amy/custom_portraits.html

I received autoresponses from all 3 submissions. There is something going on with your incoming mail server, or possibly you e-mail client that is preventing your messages from arriving. All indications in our mail logs show the messages being sent from our end.

Thank you,

I am getting no responses after changing the email address 4 times.

No autoresponse, no confirmation email to check the address and their is no spam filter in place. I cannot work out this mystery! The messages are arriving at the "message centre".

QUOTE - "Your information has been recorded and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to *****@*****.com. However, this e-mail address has not been activated. In order to activate this e-mail address you must follow the instructions given in the e-mail and enter in your confirmation code."[/i]

Where are these emails to confirm the address?

The confirmation e-mails are most likely being grabbed by the same SPAM filters that are preventing you from getting your autoreponses. I am 99% certain that this is the problem especially since I am able to receive autoresponses from your forms. Often times e-mail hosts will implement server side email filters that you might not even be aware of. The solution to this problem would be to contact your e-mail provider and let them know the problem. Another alternative would be to use a different e-mail provider (I personally recommend Gmail...I'd be more than willing to send you an invite).

Thank you,

Nick Ladd
