Autoresponder emails are not receiving upon form submission.

We tried filling out the form using different emails such as the company email, Hotmail, and Gmail. We also tried changing the 'send email from'. Nothing worked. We are not seeing any emails in spam/junk folders either. Can't figure it out. Appreciate any help you can provide. Posting as a new topic because my comment in another thread seems to have gone unnoticed.

Ya, I haven't been receiving email notices at 2 of my email addresses for months now when someone fills out my contact form.
