please note : this is extremely urgent due to deadline in 4 hours !

I have noticed that a form (newsletter on www.arville.be) does not function. Compared it to other forms on the same website which do work. I even recreated the form and I keep getting the message :
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as arville.be. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. Currently you have the 'Form Location' specified as:◦http://www.arville.be/*
However, it works on another page...so why not on the first one ?

Please follow what the error message is telling you to do.

You have the form location incorrect. The URL is specified to work on any URL containing:

http://www.arville.be

You are accessing the form:

http://arville.be

The www is an important part of the domain that is being omitted. I would add http://arville.be/* to the configuration.

You can also simply leave the form location setting blank as it is not required.
