Hi all,

I have been using this services for years and I thought I knew what I was doing, but have just setup another form and listed all the pages that have a form on them.

Form Management > Edit > Basic Form Information
What would you like to name this form?

OPTIONAL: What web address(es) will this form be located (include filename)?

Although the Example - http://www.domain.com/*

HINT: You can use an asterisk * wild card at any point right of the domain to include all files within a given directory on your domain.

Still doesn't work the way it has been written.

I have setup a thank you page were clients get directed after filling the form and thier get redirect to http://gen.xyz/success#

Please explain or give some feed back.

Regards

Good Day,

There are two settings:

1. The Form Location - (Edit > Basic Form Information)
This is the location where the actual form resides.

2. Redirect Page - (Edit > Redirect Page)
This is where the user is taken once the form is submitted.

I believe there may be some confusion between the two. The Form Location is optional --- you can leave it blank if you like. The Redirect Page needs to be set as it controls where the individual is taken upon completion and submission of a form.

Hi Nick, Sorry I was in a rush the other day when posting, yes I realise that.
No confusion here Nick, The Redirect Page has been setup correctly EXMAPLE;
http://www.My-Domain.com/thank-you.html BUT when someone fills and submit the form there redirected to http://gen.xyz/success#

Can you post a link to the actual live form? There is likely a secondary redirect occurring outside of the myContactForm.com side of things. The Redirect Page setting should control where the user is being taken unless there is some sort of external redirect occurring.

There is a typo error in your configuration. You currently have Edit > Redirect Page set to:

http://www.haircutta.com.com/thank-you.html

There is an extra .com in the configuration. Login and change the Redirect Page to:

http://www.haircutta.com/thank-you.html

This should solve your problem.
