Hi, I currently am a basic member with mycontactform.com, and used to have another login, but I cannot remember the username and password. I know it is still usable, as I continue to get completed form info from it. I am needing to retrieve all of the past form info that has been completed by our users with that account. It has been active for a number of years. I will need my username/password. I realize that I will probably have to upgrade to a Premium account status, and I am willing to do that to be able to get this information. Thank you for any and all help with this!

Please post the URL of the form that is continuing the receive forms. Once you have the user name, you'll be able to reset the password here:

Previously submitted forms (up to two years) can be deleted from the Message Center, which you can access once you're logged in to the account. This is a premium feature which will require an upgrade.

The user name associated with that form is: wkdk

If you enter this into the lost password tool, it will send reset instructions to the email accounts associated with the account.

Thanks for the username of that other login. I will definitely reset the password; however, the email address associated with that login is no longer functional. If I try to generate a new password, can the link to do that be forwarded to one of the email addresses I listed earlier? I appreciate your help with this!

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, password reset information can only be sent to email addresses listed within an account.
