Hi,

is there a problem using the form with firefox?

the submit/reset/print buttons at the bottom do not show in firefox, but they are fine in i.e.

I've opened your form in Firefox and am not seeing the issue. There shouldn't be an issue with Firefox.

If looks like you're using iframes to insert the form into your site. Iframes can sometime inaccurately render to the appropriate height which may be clipping the bottom of your form and causing the problem you are experiencing. I would recommend adding some blank space to the bottom of the form to force the iframe to stretch a bit longer.
