I recently made up a new form as I have done so many times before.
This time i got the html then put it in my site and
when I tested it live I could not type in the fields area and the submit button would not work.
the first 3 fields seem to work but the others I was not able to use my mouse
and click on

http://www.orderfrancos.com/Francos_Pizza/Contact_Francos.html

Please take a look and let me know if I am doing something incorrect
Thanks
JT

Good Day,

The issue is with you site's design. You have a massive image at the base (the footer image) that while appearing in the background is positioned with CSS and tricking the browser to think the image is masking the bottom couple fields on the form, making it impossible to click into them. You need to move the form above this point, and change the page's design so that this does not occur.

Do what the error message is telling you. The Form Locations setting is not correct. You'd probably be better off setting it to:

http://www.orderfrancos.com/*

Under Edit > Basic Form Information > Form Location

I did as you said, We are getting emails but the redirect goes to an error

The requested URL /* was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at www.orderfrancos.com Port 80

This new error message is because you have set the redirect page to a URL that doesn't exist. You need to make sure to redirect the page to a valid URL.

Edit > Redirect Page
