Hi,

I keep getting this error message for the contact phone number field:

"We're sorry but you did not fill out all of the required fields. Please push the back button on your browser and fill out all of the required fields."

However, the contact phone number filed is filled out and I can't seem to fix it.

Also, how do I edit the "required filed"? I don't see the option anymore...

To change the required field:

1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Form Questions'
4. Click 'Edit' next to the question you would like to remove the required element on.
5. Follow on-screen prompts

If this doesn't solve the issue, try deleted the question from the admin panel, recreating it, and then updating the HTML on your site.

I keep getting the same error that I have not filled out "fields" when they ARE filled out.

I have deleted the questions and re entered them and still get errors

This keeps going on and on

I am so frustrated I am looking for other options

Can someone help me, any tech assistance available?

Is this an older for that was created before 2012? If so, you may need to try recreating the form from scratch.

If my form was created before 2012 I need to start over and redo it?

WHY???????????????

That would be a huge hassle

Thats what the only option is?

If you have repeatedly tried deleting the questions with the issue, then this is the case. There is likely a problem with the database record. This is an issue that affects a very small percentage of older forms.
