Hi there - I read through this forum and don't see exactly what is happening to me. I use wix.com to build my sites and then use their HTML widget to add my form html.
Here is the error
■This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as flashquix.com/embeds/d415796005454cc798ca80137a5c1cb5. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location

So I figured out from viewing the source code that Wix is using this flashquix.com to be the actual URL. I have added this location back into my form with the url http://www.flashquix/embeds/d415796005454cc798ca80137a5c1cb5

I save it and then republish the site. Everytime I republish the site - this address changes so I think I am in a never ending loop and will never get this to work. Please help!

I love wix for myself and my clients and I love mycontact form too! Help me marry them please!

Unfortunately, I am unsure the methods Wix uses to embed the form. If the form address is dynamically generated with each load, it will be tough.

Thanks for your reply nick. Is there anyway to do it as otherwise I'll have to build a new site? Any advice is greatly appreciated
