| When submitting form on http://chhs.gmu.edu/alumni-and-friends/yoga we get the messge "couldn't execute message query." Please advise. |

It is working correctly now. You most likely submitted the form during the brief window of our nightly database backups.

I have read past posts on this error and I prayed it was coinciding with your maintenance efforts, but I have received notice of this error on multiple days at varying times -- ...see samples that follow. We are receiving the emails, but the submittor is unaware of it as they keep receiving the error in title. Not to mention there is a bizarre three hour difference in time stamps of submission vs receipt...though when I due tests, submission/receipt is virtually simoultaneous.

There have been no recent outages other than are normal expected brief database backup windows. All messages leave our server nearly instantaneously. If there is a delay, it is due to your incoming mail server bouncing the initial request and causing our server to resend.

| My clients and I have hit this error code multiple times this afternoon. Even though the error message appears after submission, the form does seem to go through successfully. What's going on??? |

Are logs and alert systems are not showing any errors like this. Most likely a temporary glitch.
