The form mc8242010s.htm recieve the following error:

"This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as XXXXXXXX To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location"

The XXXXXX are the same nomatter what url is in place as none of them work even though I copied them directly from the web browser and pasted them in the Form Management as instructed by you.

However this form (same form at a different location , works fine. There is no difference in the forms at all except what there url is.

both forms are identical with only 1 letter difference in the name and the are hosted in a different subfolder. One set works and the other doesnt. Wh signed up for the premium package as we though by developing one form that we could clone that form to be used the same way but sent to a different email.

Unless I am missing something this is supposed to work correct? I am really getting frustrated at this point as I really need a solution to this problem.

Good Day,

The error messages are correct. For example, I logged in to your account and looked at the form at which is currently receiving an error message:

http://nedsco.com/liventry/susan/mc8242010s.htm

The form ID for this form is 301908 and is called 'Susans Marching Confirmation Form'. Looking at the Form Location for this form, it is currently set to:

http://www.pepwear.com/liventry/susan/mc8242010s.htm
http://pepwear.com/liventry/susan/mc8242010s.htm

As you will notice, the config does not contain all of the URLs where you have placed the form. This is why it is not working. You must paste each and every URL where the form will appear into this portion of the config. It is very easy to confuse things when there are multiple forms / urls / etc. but the error message does not create false positives and there is nearly always an issue with the config.
