I could not figure out why all of the sudden people who tried to submit a form were getting URL errors. I would copy and paste exactly the URL on the error message, but it still did not work. I was getting very frustrated because everything was fine the day before.

Then it occured to me, I had changed my user name. Once I put my user name back to the was it was that fixed everything.

Maybe that is why it is happening to you. Just a thought. Idea
