I recently upgraded my account to Premium Membership as we were receiving too many enquiries for the standard membership.

We use the verification code to assist with minimising SPAM through the forms. Before upgrading the account our forms stated 'Upgrade Your Account where the 'Verification Code' would normally appear and visitors to our site could not post message.

Now I have upgraded my account to Premium membership but it is still not working on our sites. The following error code is now displayed where the Verification Code would normally be:

'Error: Visual Verification Disabled'.

Hope someone can assist with this as our forms are not working and we are about to release an e-marketing campaign.

Good Day,

When an account goes from being upgraded back to standard, Visual Verification is automatically disabled (it is a Premium-only feature). Once you re-upgrade your account back to Premium, it is necessary to re-enable the Visual Verification. To do this, please login, click 'Form Security / Anti-SPAM' and then, 'Configure' under the 'Visual Verification / CAPTCHA' section.

I just upgraded to Premium Membership. I also went into the Security / Anti-Spam section and re-configured visual verification. Then got the new HTML but I still get the "Error: Visual Verification Disabled.
