The length of the Form Location field (a line) is too short for my Contact Page's URL. Changing the URL is not an option for me. Please advise if there is a workaround for this.

Please try using a different web browser. In every browser that I've tested it under, the form location can fit basically an unlimited number of characters within the URL.
