Good Day,

The reason that your form is not working is because your form HTML is different than what we have provided. It has either been altered in your HTML editor, you CMS, or by your web server / host. Please look at the following bit of code taken directly from your website:

Code:
<!-- Begin myContactForm.com Form HTML -->
<form name="contactForm" method="post" action="http://www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform.php"></form>

You can see that somehow the code has been altered so that the form tag is being closed before any of the form elements are even listed. You need to please go through your code, completely delete all form elements / code, and then re-paste the code and ensure it gets entered exactly as we have provided it.

Sincerely,

Nick Ladd

Thank you so much I had been working on code for 4 hours before I installed the form code so my mind was more than a little gone at the time.

Thank you so much!

By the way I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to paid member. I just wanted to make sure the forms would do what I needed them to. Smile

Thanks again!
