Hi there
I have just upgraded our membership and embedded two contact forms on two of our websites.
Unfortunately, sometimes when someone requests further info using the form on www.teamsynergy.ws it just comes up with "Couldn't Connect With Main Database". If we try a test another time it may work fine.
I have had to take the "Have looked at teamsynergy ws" contact form off our other website which is the destination page for www.teamsynergy.ws and invite people to contact us by e-mail instead because it is so unprofessional. Not only that but we are losing business and money with your service.
We also often get the "couldn't connect to main database" message just trying to get onto your main website. I am assuming this message comes up because your server is down?
Please can you advise.

This happens infrequently at off-peak hours (very early morning hours) when we are running our daily database backups. It should not effect the majority of form submissions.
