Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.

There might be a typing error in the address.

It sounds as though your internet connection is having problems. Please try again. You might also try using a different web browser (we prefer Firefox).

My internet is not having problems!!! It is just the "Update Configuration" page which will not go through. Everything else works. I need this to be fixed urgently. I have now got many many forms with you on this account, and have never had a problem using Internet Explorer.
I create the form, submit it and all that part goes smoothly. It just will not add the CAPTCHA security number onto the html of the form

User Name : JudyH

Some of the Forms that need CAPTCHA ON THEM ARE:
Barberton Thatchers
Form address : http:www.thatchersbt.co.za/contactus.htm

Zafari Tours
Form address : http://www.zafaritours.co.za/contactus.htm

Also about 3 or 4 others - all new forms that I have added.

Please - this is hugely frustrating when I cannot get a direct answer from anyone. I have just renewed my membership and am starting to regret it, as I find it frustrating to have to go through forums to get an answer.

Some further info.
When I click on the "update configuration" without selecting any new blocks, the link goes through. The minute I select even one of the new forms, the link no longer works and it will not update the configuration

I updated this configuration by logging into your account and submitting the changes via my computer. This route of the issue is being caused by either your web browser or internet connection.
