I tried to upload my form to http://sites.google.com/site/tstmurphy/Home/desktopandprinterform

When I pasted the code to the page and clicked update, google sites said that it had to change some of the html. When I clicked ok, there was basically no form anymore. Is there a way to avoid this with google sites?
Any others experiencing problems with this site?

Google says they are not responsible for third party application on their site. Their site is FREE so it is what it is.
