Can anyone helpe me out here? I created a form with a couple of drop-down menus and when the client get's their auto-respond email the layout needs help, here what they currently receive:

Full Name: TEST-1000
Phone: 1234
Type of Service: 45 Minute Customized Massage ($70) Requested Appointment Time (1): Sunday, 2:00pm Requested Appointment Time (2): Saturday, 4:30pm

I would like to have a return after "($70)', "2:00pm", and "4:30pm". All three fields are drop-down menus.
