Hey guys.

I'm having problems with the form I made from www.mycontactform.com.

Here is the problem. I want the person filling out the form to select what
department to send the notification to. I have 5 departments, General Help, Billing, Shipping, Dropshipping and Bulk. Each of these departments have a different email address.

When the user selects the General Help department from the drop down list, I want that form submission to only go to the general help email address, not every email address like it is doing now. I was doing this, and a client filled out the form to go to the shipping department and I got the same email in all 5 department emails.

Is there any way around this? I would like to get this working ASAP. Please reply to my email address, Crazy4selling@aol.com

It is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Ryan Larson

Selecting option #3 under the Edit > Send To Address portion of the control panel (Allow the user to select one address from a predefined list to send to) will do this.

If it is not functioning like this, there is most likely something odd going on externally with the email addresses (such as email forwarding).
