We have 7 forms that upon submission are to be e-mailed to multiple recipients. I recently added a new email address to the list, chuck.cannova@gmail.com, and since then this address has been receiving the forms it's supposed to but no one else is receiving theirs.

I've gone back multiple times to recheck the intended recipients for each form and copied and pasted the HTML into the form pages, although I don't think it's an HTML issue. The maximum number of recipients for any one form is 4. There are 7 or 8 e-mail addresses in the list of choices however 3 are now obsolete.

I had everyone check their spam folders and spam filters but everyone says the forms are not there either and are not being filtered out by their email client.

They state that the problem started on December 20th or 21st which is about the time I added the new e-mail address to the system. so I'm wondering if that caused a problem? Is there a maximum number of e-mail addresses that can be in the system?

Our user name is tipsandiego and the password please no passwords. The web site is at www.tipsandiego.org and the forms are under the Volunteer Page>Volunteer Resources buttons. Every form and every e-mail address except chuck.cannova@gmail.com seems to be effected and I've run out of places to look for the problem.

Have noticed that one of my forms had 9 submissions on the 26th and 27th. No forwarding messages have been received..

As the gentleman above, I have checked the email address etc. In my case, when I built & tested the form on the 21st I did receive the forwarding email. Have received none since.

This form is confidential, I will provide location by email if needed..

Just checked my most active form, on a different website. I see there have been four recent submissions on the 25th(2), 26th & 27th - all without forwarding messages received. This is a stable form - nothing new or changed recently.

Around the dates that you listed, we switched our web server to a newer, upgraded box. Unfortunately, as part of the upgrade process there was an in adverted error made to our mail server DNS record. While this didn't affect the messages leaving our server, it did cause a few ISPs (AOL, yahoo.co.uk, verizon.net) to begin blocking our mail server. I have contacted each of the above ISPs. The nature of this block was temporary, and it should have since resolved itself.

Please let us know if you are still not receiving the messages. Please also double check your spam settings. If they are still not getting to you, please post the email addresses that are not receiving messages.
