I keep getting the following error and I need help.

Error:

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as medfordfirstnaz.org/sign%20up%20for%20a%20life%20group.htm. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.

I've changed the location many times, and it is the proper location. This error even shows up on Mycontact.com when I preview the file. I've renamed it, changed and copied the new html code, but continue to get this error. Please help. It makes the forms unusable.

I need help with the same issue. It looks like a bug possibly if I'm not the only getting it. Any suggestions on how to repair this issue?

Turns out that I had changed the user id on my account, and the html code for the form on my website referenced my old user id at myContactForm.com.

All I had to do was change the user id refence name, and it works great again!

I was getting that error til I figured out I was missing a folder in my path for the form location.

Recopying and pasting your code will most likely solve the issue. If this doesn't work, try changing the name of the page that the form resides on to a valid HTML document (no spaces in the filename).
