Unfortunately, some less-than-good hosts prevent their user's from doing form posts. Why they do this is beyond me (other than the fact that they will most likely try to get you to upgrade your package). Unfortunately, short of switching hosts, there isn't much you can do. The only other option would be to upgrade your account to Premium and use the hosted form option (basically, we provide you a URL of a fully functional hosted version of your form). You would then simply link to this from your webpage.
