I am gettin mail in the message center on your site but not to my email box. DId I mess up on the address where it is to be sent to or? Embarassed

You can verify that the send to address is correct by:

1. Once you are logged in to the site, click the button on the right navigation bar that says Form Management. This is the default location you are taken to when you login.
2. You will see the name of the form you have created and next to it will be a link that says [Edit]. Click this link.
3. Click the link that says Send To Address.
4. Follow all on-screen instructions.

If the address is correct then the most likely problem is that either your email provider or your email client is filtering out the messages.

Thanks for your help. The client was at fault... not responding to my requests for a reply on submission caused me to believe that the submission address was incorrect, when indeed, the client was unfamiliar with message that they though it was spam.
