Hi, my team is asking if we can get the email results in a format where the titles of the questions are not there. Example:

What we get now:
First Name: Jane
Last Name: Johnson
Address: 165 Harrisburg Edge
City: Knoxville
State: Tennessee
Zip Code: 37909
I would like to subscribe to your newsletter:

What they'd like:

Jane
Johnson
165 Harrisburg Edge
Knoxville
Tennessee
37909

Or ideally:

Jane Johnson
165 Harrisburg Edge
Knoxville, Tennessee 37909

Is there a way to manipulate the results email sent?
