Hi,

The auto-fill email subject is correct most of the time for form submissions, but occasionally the email subject has been modified by the person (or in many cases the bot) filling out the form.

As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to edit the form on the live website so how is the auto-filled email subject getting changed? Any fixes?

The subject is contained in a form field, in a similar manner to any of the other fields on the form. Bots are able to modify this value when posting.
