My customers are getting an error when submitting the form. I don't know the error because nobody will tell me what it is. But the form does not come to us when it happens. It happened yesterday and then later the same person tried again and it worked. We have tested it many times and have no problem. Any idea what is going on?

It's not possible to tell the error without an error message. It could be many different configuration problems. I'd check you redirect page setting first to make sure it is pointing at a valid address. I'd then check the 'Form Security / Anti-SPAM' setting to make sure something in there is not enabled that would be blocking the sender. Lastly, I'd check and make sure under Edit > Basic Form Settings > Form Location that this is set to either being blank, or set to a valid address that covers all permutations of where the form resides.

Not everyone gets an error. I did get the test form. Seems when they get the error if they copy and paste the url into the browser then they can submit the form. But, I only have the one URL and it has capitol letters in the name. I know you sent an email saying that it wouldn't do this but I think that is what it is.
