Hello,

I tried contacting via the contact form on the site yesterday morning and have not received a response. I paid for a premium membership on September 6, PayPal extracted the money the same day. However, the site is still not showing as premium services. I have had clients inform me that they receive the quota limit error. I am missing requests and need this resolved ASAP. Please help!

This is really quite disappointing. I have been a subscriber since 2008. I sent a request through the contact form early Thursday morning. Then I posted here after no response for more than 24 hours because per the directions in the confirmation email:
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We have received your message and will respond as soon as we can. Please note that if your message is technical nature, it will likely not get a response. Instead please consult our Help Forum which is checked daily or our extensive FAQ.

Yet, here I am more than 3 days later still without a resolution. This is not a "technical nature" post. If you are not going to post a contact number or some other service to contact, then you should at least honor your posted agreements. I paid for premium services 4 days ago and you have had my money for that entire time, yet I still have not been moved from Standard service. I am missing requests and hearing from my clients that the site will not allow them to submit based on the 20 request quota limit.

This is not how to treat someone who has purchased services for the past 8 years. Very disappointed in the owners of this site/service.

Good Morning,

I apologize for the delay, I've been on vacation and haven't checked the forum since last Thursday.

I see a payment that was made for 5-months on the 6th of September. I've pushed an upgrade through for an entire year. It appears that a glitch prevented Paypal from communicating the upgrade to our servers. Your account should be up and running again.

Thanks Nick, I was just frustrated that I was missing forms and could not get a hold of anyone. Thank you for support.
