Around 4/4/14, I began to notice some of my forms were not being sent to my email addresses. I added the mycontactform.com email address in my contact lists and have tried to using multiple email accounts such hotmail, gmail, and yahoo, and they never show up. Not even in the junk folders. Every now and then some have snuck through but not 100% of them. However, when I started sending them to my personal isp email (roadrunner.com) I have been receiving 100% of them. Did you guys change your settings /switch servers around that date?

BTW, the auto replies to my forms have been working fine.

Thanks.

Recently Yahoo! has implemented highly restrictive anti-SPAM measures that are preventing many forms sent from @yahoo.com e-mail addresses from being sent. This does not impact forms arriving to @yahoo.com e-mail addresses, only messages sent from @yahoo.com addresses. Hopefully, this is a temporary measure on their part as it effectively breaks every email form service and mailing list on the planet from working with @yahoo.com addresses. We are working on a work-around, but would prefer to not release it until it is determined if the changes Yahoo! has made are permanent or not. In the mean-time, it would be useful to email support@yahoo.com and tell them to roll back their 'DMARC policy'. Please note that any messages that are not received can still me read within the Message Center.

You can read more about the changes Yahoo! made here:
http://www.pcworld.com/article/2141120/yahoo-email-antispoofing-policy-breaks-mailing-lists.html

No changes have been made on our end.

After several tests, I've noticed its not just Yahoo blocking emails, now aol email domains are not going through. Can you confirm they are using the same filters as Yahoo now?

Yes, AOL has made the same changes. We've implemented a work-around in our software so that this no longer should affect any form messages. You can read more here:

I'm happy with the fix, good job in finding a way around it so now all my forms are going through. Still would rather have it the old way but I understand its not your companies fault.

Just recently discovered, that emails coming from the aim.com domain are not getting sent through your system. Let me know when that domain is added to the list as I know yahoo.com and aol.com are working fine now.

Noticed the aim.com domain is still not working right with the forms.

Also just found out that AOL.COM and YAHOO.COM domains don't go through if the user types them in all uppercase.

Please address.
