Please post a link to your site. Typically when this is occurring it is because the form is being placed within an iframe which is being incorrectly sized and clipping the bottom of the form.

The submit button is visible in the latest version of Firefox and Internet Explorer. For older browsers, this is an issue with an incorrectly sized iframe and has to do with iWeb incorrectly sizing it. You can short cut this issue with iWeb, by adding a few line breaks to the end of the form code to help stretch it out. Try adding the following to the end of your code:

Code:
<br /><br /><br />

You can play with the numbers of <br />'s and see what works best.

Before or after, it doesn't matter.
