We have created the forms and hosted them on your site. Now when we received them, they look totally different. Is it possible to get the forms sent to us in the same format that we created them?

The format that the actual forms are received is pretty much standardized and can't be customized. You can choose whether to format it as HTML or Text as well as omitting unanswered questions under the Edit > Basic Form Information settings.
