Deleted Recipient Still Receiving Form Submittals

We deleted a user from our account because she no longer works for the company. Her email address does not appear under "My User Information," and she is not listed as a recipient on any form. However, she is still receiving copies of the forms. What do I need to do to ensure she no longer receives them?

You need to change the configuration for the form's Send to Address:

Login > Edit > Send to Address

What is the 'Send to Address' currently set to? You need to specify a different address under the 'Send to Address' configuration. This is what controls where the email goes. If it is set correctly under this part of the configuration, it will not go anywhere else. Please make sure you are not confusing forms under your account or have any sort of outside email forwarding happening.
