I have one account now.
I just tried to open a second account to create a form for a client. But I am unable to as my e-mail is already in use in the first account. I don't mind paying for each account but I would like to use just one e-mail.
Is their another approach to multiple accounts that I am missing. Over time I may have a half-dozen accounts in place with forms active.

You need to first remove your e-mail address from the other account. For security purposes, our systems will not allow duplicate e-mail addresses between accounts.

I have my e-mail address in the first account. i.e.
E-mail Address: tom@alacartepr.com
It is the only address there & unable to remove it.
You say "You need to first remove your e-mail address from the other account."
Just not sure what you mean. |

I'm sorry, it is not possible to remove the e-mail address if it is the only one associated with the account. There is really no way around this.
Would it be possible for you to use your client's e-mail address to signup and setup the account? (you're going to have to add it eventually anyways)
Would it be possible for you to use another e-mail account to setup the account?
There is no way around the way our system is setup up. It was programmed that way because it is generally a good security measure for the vast majority of users. It is not something that we are willing to change for a few select users.
