Hi there.

I have just transferred a website to a new hosting company. The form page name hasn't changed as detailed in the form, but when I tested it, it gave me an error message advising that the page name is incorrect. I checked it and all is as it should be.

Any suggestions please?

John

Please post a link to the form. The likely cause is that your web host doesn't allow forms for new accounts and is altering the form code.

Hi Nick - the link to where the form is located is http://voice2.info/CONTACT.html

The error message displayed when I click SUBMIT, is:

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as voice2.info/contact.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. Currently you have the 'Form Location' specified as: http://voice2.info/CONTACT.html

Thanks for your assistance.

The error message is correct. I went ahead and copied the URL directly from the error message and placed it into your configuration for the form location. This is now functioning as correctly.

You do have another bug in your configuration. Check Edit > Redirect Page. Currently this setting is configured to a URL that doesn't exists. This is why the form is getting an error 404 page upon submission.
