This happened one time that I know of, hopefully not more. A registrant completes the registration form and submits it and receives the auto-responder notification. But his data is not saved, and I do not receive the auto-email. Seems random as other registrants are saving data just fine.

The one I know of that did not work happened on Sat May 28 at 7:10 am.

Can you explain how this happens and how to prevent it? Thank you.

This sounds like a spam-filtering issue. The only other possible cause is if the message was sent at the precise minute that we initiating a database backup on our system.

It's certainly not a spam issue, as the registrant's data did not post into the myContactForm database. I'm *hoping* that it was just a rare glitch during your backup, as the only reason I found out was that the registrant contacted me on another subject via e-mail and I noticed that I did not have his registration data even though he had received the auto-response. Thank you.
