I have a disclosure document that I need to include as part of a registration form. Can I place the document or a link to it be placed in the form so that it can be read. If so, how is this done?.

You would need to add this link manually using an external HTML editor once the form has been created and copied to your site.

I'm pretty green at this. I can insert HTML into the form without disrupting the code that I placed on my website for the form?
