Hi love this site, it's been a huge help. I've set up numerous forms for websites, and for the first time we're getting an error putting in an email address to send the form to.

I just want to send the form to one predefined address. I've put the address in as usual, and the people who's email address it is have received the request from mycontactform.com. But when they go to activate it, they're coming up with an error. It's happened twice now. The address we're trying to put in is [deleted]

Thanks for the help.

What is the specific error message that is coming up? I logged in to your account and see that you've tried to add this address multiple times. Please try the following:

1. Login to your account.
2. Click My User Information
3. Next to the <deleted> addresses (all of them) click [Delete].
4. Go back to the My User Information page and click Add E-mail Address
5. Enter the <deleted>. address.
6. Check you email and copy the confirmation code that is the newest (the one that you just created in #5).
7. Click My User Information and [Enter Confirmation Code] next to the <deleted>. address.
8. Paste the confirmation code from the email and click [Confirm E-mail Address].

Yes, did all that...it was the client entering the confirmation code but I had them send it to me and I tried as well. The message I get is: "ERROR! The confirmation code you entered does not match our records. Please try again." Also when I looked, there were only 2 there to delete. I think you said there were 5? Not sure if that's got anything to do with it?
Thanks Nick
