hi
the form is working.. it gets sent to my email etc etc except the firlds are all jumbled up from about half way down.. i have 25 questions and from about question 12 the answers seem to swap over

thanks but thats not the prob.
the problem is the answer for question 10 appears after question 12 and the answer for question 11 is blank and the answer for question 12 appears after question 14... iuts really messed up

MY SOLUTION-- i deleted all the firelds and started again.. works perfectly fine now. thanks a million

Struggling with the same thing. . . Did you just start completely over? I just tried that with no luck. Maybe I'll do it over again? My form is doing exactly what your's was doing. All advise is appreciated.

Please try deleting the following field from the form (in the admin panel), re-adding it, and then updating the actual code on your website:

'Nature of business'

If this doesn't work, you'll likely need to rebuild the form.
